What kind of professional ecosystem are you building?

How to handle client reactions (grief, anger, guilt)
-
Who stays, who goes, and why
-
Who do you want to transition—and who do you need to release?
-
Where does your implementation typically stall?
-
What’s your 60-day transition game plan (not just intention)?
Week Six: “Embodied Boundaries: Structure That Serves YOU”
Curriculum Focus:
-
Scope of work clarity (when are you available—and when are you not?)
-
Email boundaries, DMs, in-between session energy
-
Saying no gracefully (especially to non-aligned clients)
-
Where is your practice leaking energy?
-
How do you define enough—and enforce it?
-
What structures support your clinical brilliance and your wellbeing?
Week Seven: “Messaging and Magnetism: Tell the Truth, Get Paid”
Curriculum Focus:

How to communicate your value without over-explaining
-
Copy samples: bios, “why I’m leaving insurance” emails, FAQ answers
-
Website copy and intro calls—how to invite clarity, not convince
-
What are you afraid will happen if you tell the truth about who you serve and what you charge?
-
Where are you still coding your website/social for approval vs. authority?
-
What about your work are you passionate about?
Week Eight: “Lock It In: Integration, Accountability, and Sustainable Action”
Curriculum Focus:
-
What’s implemented, what needs to be revised
-
Next 30–60 day moves: list, accountability structure
-
Personal anchor statement moving forward
