Intensive Therapy Services

Individuals

Individual therapy intensives offer a focused, immersive approach to healing that allows you to make meaningful progress in a short period of time. By spending extended, uninterrupted time, you can move beyond surface-level concerns and address deeper patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back.

Intensives are ideal for people who want momentum, clarity, and relief—whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing from relational or sexual concerns, or feeling stuck in traditional weekly therapy. This format creates space for insight, integration, and lasting change, without the stop-and-start rhythm of weekly sessions.

Adult Families

Adult family therapy intensives provide a structured, concentrated space for families to address long-standing patterns, ruptures, and unspoken tensions with depth and care. By working together over extended sessions, family members can move past reactive conversations and into meaningful understanding, accountability, and repair.

Intensives allow for real-time practice of new communication and boundaries, helping families break cycles that may have persisted for years. This approach is especially helpful when distance, conflict, or major life transitions have strained relationships and a focused reset is needed to create lasting change.

Teens 16+

Teen 16+ Relationship & Sex Therapy Intensive (Ages 16+)
help teens build healthy, respectful, and confident relationships—without shame or pressure.

Intensives allow for real-time work addressing the following issues:

  • First or early romantic relationships

  • Breakups, rejection, or relational confusion

  • Difficulty with boundaries, consent, or communication

  • Anxiety around dating, closeness, or vulnerability

  • Shame, fear, or confusion about sexuality or desire

  • Online relationships, sexting, or social media-related stress

  • Identity exploration (emotional, relational, or sexual)

  • Repeating unhealthy or unsafe relationship patterns

This work is developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and non-pathologizing.

Teens 16+ walk away with:

✔ Increased confidence in relationships
✔ Clearer boundaries and self-advocacy
✔ Reduced anxiety around dating or intimacy
✔ Tools for emotional regulation and communication
✔ A stronger sense of self-trust

✔ Understanding consent + how it works

Adolescence is where relationship patterns begin.

This intensive helps teens develop the emotional skills, boundaries, and self-awareness that protect them now and in adulthood.

Couples

Couples and sex therapy intensives offer a powerful, immersive experience for partners who want meaningful change without month(s) of waiting between sessions.

Extended time together allows couples to slow down, move beyond surface arguments, and address the deeper emotional and sexual patterns shaping their relationship.

Intensives create space to heal ruptures, rebuild trust, improve communication, and restore intimacy in a focused, supportive environment. This format is especially beneficial for couples navigating disconnection, desire differences, betrayal, or major life transitions and who are ready for clarity, momentum, and lasting repair.

Groups/Band Mediation

Band mediation therapy intensives provide a focused, neutral space for band members to address conflict, miscommunication, and creative tension before it undermines the group’s work. Through extended, facilitated sessions, members can surface unspoken issues, clarify roles and expectations, and repair trust while staying aligned with shared artistic goals.

Intensives allow groups/bands to move out of reactive dynamics and into collaborative problem-solving, strengthening both relationships and creative output. This approach is especially helpful during periods of transition, burnout, lineup changes, or when unresolved conflict is threatening the future of the band.
